Indications: magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the electrolyte balance. The vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy- yielding metabolism and the normal function of the heart. Recommended for physical and emotional stress.
Recommended daily dosage: 1 capsule daily.
