Returning an Unwanted Item

We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, returning it is easy.

Our Returns Policy

  • You may return any item within 28 days, including sale and promotional items.
    (The 28 days start from the date on your receipt, or from the day you received/collected your online order.)

  • Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with a valid order number or receipt.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and in the original currency (unless otherwise stated).

Please note: Items returned outside the 28-day window or in a worn/unsellable condition cannot be accepted.


Refund Exceptions

  1. For hygiene reasons, we cannot refund pierced jewellery, cosmetics, or face coverings.

  2. We cannot refund tights/hosiery if the original packaging has been opened or removed.

  3. Fragrances are non-returnable if the original packaging has been opened or removed. (This does not affect your statutory rights.)

  4. Swimwear must have the hygiene sticker fully intact. Items with missing or incomplete stickers are not eligible for a refund.

  5. Unless faulty, we cannot refund or accept returns of personalised items, perishable goods, gift food, or products containing alcohol.

  6. Hearing aids are non-returnable if the original packaging has been opened or removed.

  7. Items returned outside the 28-day period, or in a worn/unsellable condition, cannot be accepted.


Refund Processing Time

Please allow up to 15 working days from the date you send your parcel for us to process your refund. You’ll receive an email once it’s complete. Keep your proof of return until your refund arrives.


Important: This policy applies to change-of-mind returns only and does not affect your statutory consumer rights (e.g., your right to cancel or return faulty items).
