Indications: contains a selected combination of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and medical yeast to stimulate hair growth, restore hair structure, strengthen nails and maintain skin healthy and radiant. Amino acids (cysteine, methionine) help to build the keratin structure of hair and nails. Minerals (zinc, iron) help cell regeneration. Pantothenic acid - for strong hair structure. B vitamin complex - for healthy skin, hair and nails.
Recommended daily dosage: 1 capsule daily.
