Vitamin D3 enhances calcium absorption by the intestines and interferes with calcium waste from the body. Vitamin D3 also reduces the body's vulnerability to skin diseases. It also affects contraction and relaxation of muscles and partially coordinates heartbeat. Calcium regulates blood pressure, normalizes blood coagulation by increasing vitamin K. Calcium is involved in the processes of growth and strengthening of connective tissue cells.

Recommended dosage: 1 tablet daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
Usage: 1 tablet is dissolved in 200 ml of water.
