Insulin Cooling Bag instructions
1.Soak the Inner bag in cold tap water for +/- 15-20 minutes.
During soaking the Inner bag can be gently squeezed to improve the water absorption rate and distribute the refrigerant evenly inside the inner bag.
2. Wipe the surface water from the Inner bag with a towel.
3. The refrigerant in the Inner bag will absorb the excess water from the Inner bag.
4. Take the Insulin Pen/Bottle out of refrigerator and place in Inner bag.
5. Finally place the Inner bag in the Insulin Wallet.

Insulin Inner bag is suitable for every day usage as an evaporative cooling unit, specifically designed to keep Insulin and other temperature sensitive medications cool within safe temperatures of 18-26C (64.4 - 78.893) for 36 hours in temperatures of 37.8C (100F) or below.
Deliveries are sent via DPD/Royal Mail and delivered from Monday to Friday between 9am - 5pm. The standard delivery time for UK mainland is 1-2 working days, outside UK mainland will be 3-5 working days, and for ROI customers it could be 6-10 days (excluding public holidays) upon receipt of order. If you have still not received your order after this time, please contact the Customer Service Team. If you are a Proforma customer, you order will be despatched upon receipt of payment.
