Directions for use:

1. On a stable, level surface, stand as straight as you can allowing your arm to hang down by your side.
2. Adjust the stick so that the top part of the handle touches the inside of your wrist where it meets the palm.
3. Press the button and rotate the adjusting holes slightly out of centre to change the height.
4. Position the button correctly and make sure all of its protrusion through the adjustment hole.
5. To activate LED light, press the red top button once.
6. To activate SOS light, press the red top button twice.
7. To activate the alarm function, press the red side button once.

Thoroughly inspect all parts before first and subsequent use to ensure there are no defects or signs of wear. If any parts are defective or worm replace immediately.

Cleaning instructions:

Clean the walking stick occasionally and before use with water and a mild detergent, the allow to dry thoroughly.

Replace the ferrule every six months.
