The Fortuna Four Times Daily Pill Box features seven removable pill boxes with each an ideal size for your pocket or bag. Each removable pill box consists of four compartments for Morning, Noon, Evening and Bed.

Instructions

Before use always wash the entire pill box with warm soapy water, rinse well with clean water and dry with a clean soft cloth. This should be repeated as required for any subsequent use.

Warnings

Thoroughly inspect all parts of the pill box before first and subsequent use to ensure there are no defects, signs of wear or foreign particles.

If any parts are defective or worn, replace the whole unit immediately.

Keep the pill box and all medicines out of the reach of children at all times. The product contains small parts which could act as a choking hazard.

Delivery

Deliveries are sent via DPD/Royal Mail and delivered from Monday to Friday between 9am - 5pm. The standard delivery time for UK mainland is 1-2 working days, outside UK mainland will be 3-5 working days, and for ROI customers it could be 6-10 days (excluding public holidays) upon receipt of order. If you have still not received your order after this time, please contact the Customer Service Team. If you are a Proforma customer, you order will be despatched upon receipt of payment.
