Kinesiology Tape Black 5cm x 5m

Fortuna Kinesiology Tape is designed to a high standard. The tape is made from high stretch cotton, which when combined with its waved pattern adhesive provides an effect and flexible support, whilst providing the user with a full range of motion.

Fortuna Kinesiology Tpae is breathable, latex free and can be worn comfortably for up to 7 days.

Application

• Ensure the skin is clean, dry and free from lotion or oil.
• Cut from the roll the length required.
• Remove 5cm of backing paper from one end of the required length. This can be done by folding and then unfolding one end of the tape at 5cm.
• The backing paper can then be torn off to the folding point, exposing 5cm of adhesive which will be used as the first anchor tab. Without stretching the tape apply the adhesive anchor tab to the skin
• Rub the anchor tab firmly for 10 seconds to warm and activate the adhesive.
• Remove the backing paper from the strip and apply the tape to required degree of stretch.
• The final 5cm of the tape should not be stretched to form the second anchor point.
• Once the second anchor tab is in place rub firmly for 10seconds and then do this for the whole of strip to warm and activate the adhesive. A small strip of the tape of 7cm can be applied over each anchor tab forming a “T” if extra durability id required.
• More complicated applications may require several anchor points.
• Gently remove the tape after use and discard. Single use application.
